We come to you
You choose the place and the time. We arrive with everything needed to notarize on the spot, anywhere in Houston and nearby areas.
Service area: Houston and nearby areas across Harris, Fort Bend and Montgomery counties. Not sure if we reach you? Call and we will confirm in one minute.
Travel charges: the mobile visit is quoted separately from the notarial fee set by Texas law. The amount depends on the location, the distance, the time of day and the type of service. You will always be told the total before we travel.
Notary fees
Texas law sets the maximum a notary may charge for each notarial act. Travel and scheduling charges are separate and are always quoted in advance.
Maximum Texas statutory notarial fees
Set by Texas Government Code §406.024. These are legal maximums, per act — a notary may always charge less.
| Protest of a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal | $4 |
|---|---|
| Each notice of protest | $1 |
| Protest in all other cases | $4 |
| Certificate and seal to a protest | $4 |
| Acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other written instrument for registration — first signature | $10 |
| Each additional signature on the same instrument | $1 |
| Oath or affirmation, with certificate and seal | $10 |
| Certificates under seal not otherwise provided for | $10 |
| Copies of records and papers in the notary's office, per page | $1 |
| Taking a deposition, per 100 words | $1 |
| Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal and related business | $10 |
| All other notarial acts not otherwise provided for | $10 |
These are the maximum statutory notarial fees only. A notary may charge less than the maximum. Mobile, travel, after-hours and convenience charges are separate — see the panel to the right.
Mobile & scheduling charges
These are not notarial fees. They cover travel and availability, and are quoted before the appointment is confirmed.
